This meeting featured Jeff Rothenberg of Heslin Rothenberg Farley Mesiti P.C. as a guest speaker to discuss intellectual property (IP) related to energy and environmental technologies. The forum was a huge success with over 50 people attending. Immediately following the speech, a networking reception was held to further foster discussions about IP in the energy technology industry.
Jeffrey Rothenberg Mr. Rothenberg is currently the managing partner of the firm Heslin Rothenberg Farley Mesiti P.C.. His forte -- strategic planning in the creation, commercialization and management of intellectual property portfolios -- is founded on his prior experience as manager of a corporate patent and licensing department. In 1996, a patent he procured for the Eastman Kodak Company received the National Inventor of The Year award. Mr. Rothenberg holds a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and a J.D. from George Washington University. He is admitted to the New York Bar, and is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of N.Y., and Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
