Dr. Bailey is the founder and President of AWS Truewind, a leading renewable energy consulting firm specializing in wind energy. He has been involved in the renewable energy and environmental fields for 30 years, and his firm has advised on the development of over 15,000 MW of wind projects worldwide. He has been an industry pioneer in the development of resource assessment techniques, wind flow modeling, mapping, and wind forecasting. He works closely with energy project developers, utilities, government agencies, and financial institutions. He is a lifetime resident of upstate New York and holds degrees in meteorology and engineering management.
