Jay Levy is a founding Principal of Zelkova Ventures an early stage venture capital firm. Zelkova focuses on early stage technology and media companies. Prior to launching Zelkova, Jay started and was involved with several startups in industries ranging from financial services, consumer internet and security. Jay also spent several years working in financial services for Morgan Stanley and MasterCard. At MasterCard he worked to launch their affluent programs specifically targeted at increasing their market share vs. the competition. In 2007 Jay received the 40 under 40 award from Westchester along with top 5 Entrepreneurs to Watch in New York from Crain's. Jay currently resides in Manhattan and in his free time enjoys playing golf, tennis and running.
