Over the past 25 years, Mr. Lemar has directed market, technology and policy studies in renewable fuels, hydrogen, and distributed generation. He recently directed a study of the economic challenges of producing and delivering hydrogen for the Northeastern I-95 Corridor and the Department of Energy, and previously developed a hydrogen infrastructure study for the State of Pennsylvania. He also prepared for NYSERDA a study of alternative and renewable fuels for combined heat and power, and advises clients across the country on these topics. Mr. Lemar has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, and an M.B.A., both from the University of Maryland.
