Mr. Frazier is founder, President and CEO of BrightPhase Energy (originally Solar Focus, Inc.). Scott is a senior rocket engineer with 20 years of experience leading large design, engineering, and manufacturing teams on rocket programs, working with NASA contractors McDonnell Douglas and Orbital Sciences, and also leading a $100M commercial rocket launch program for Beal Aerospace. A long term interest and investigation into solar cogeneration technology led to the formal founding of Solar Focus in 2000. Scott's mission is to supply high value solar energy products to the commercial building market place, while avoiding the large development and capitalization costs associated with developing new materials and manufacturing techniques. Awarded NASA's prestigious Space Flight Awareness award, Scott received his BS in Aero & Astronautical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana/Champaign, and an MS in Aeronautical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
