Jay Levy launched his entrepreneurial career while in High School starting A Net Site, which provided web development services to early stage companies.  After high school, Jay moved to NJ to attend Rutgers University, where he studied Finance & Political Science.  While at Rutgers he helped to launch UConnections.com an internet portal for college students that went the way of the 2001 tech bubble.   As a junior Jay went to work for Morgan Stanley where he stayed for 2.5 years.  After college graduation and Morgan Stanley, Jay helped to launch MPI Professionals a NY based consulting which was later sold to a publically traded consultancy.

More recently Jay was founding partner of Trueview Services, an online monitoring solution targeted to the small business and residential market.

Currently, Jay is a founding principal of Zelkova Ventures an early stage investment fund, which is helping to fill the gap in the lack of ‘institutional' early stage money in the tri-state area.

In 2007 Jay received the 40 under 40 award from Westchester along with top 5 Entrepreneurs to Watch in New York from Crain's.

Jay currently resides in Manhattan and in his free time enjoys playing golf, tennis and running.
