About Phillips Lytle

Philips Lytle, LLP coordinates legal expertise from various practice groups, areas, and industry teams in order to meet the specific needs of their clients. This cross-disciplinary approach enables them to tailor their resources to the clients' exact situation, rather than limit their options to attorneys or legal teams that may not be the most suitable for their circumstances. Phillips Lytle is a full-service law firm, which means that they can fully service the client's needs by marshaling attorneys from the right areas into a collaborative, customized team.

At Phillips Lytle, their practice groups have been built around their clients' foremost legal needs: Commercial, Corporate, Family Wealth Planning, Labor & Employment, and Trial. Each practice group is then comprised of carefully selected practice areas, with each practice area staffed with highly experienced, client-focused lawyers. Many of their attorneys also teach at colleges and universities. It is this level of expertise that has earned Phillips Lytle a coveted spot on DuPont's roster of Primary Law Firms.

Phillips Lytle is a national leader in environmental and energy law. Their extensive and successful history of representing a wide range of clients spans decades and includes their role as sole defense counsel to Occidental Chemical for personal injury actions, and co-counsel on cleanup actions related to Love Canal. Fortune 200 companies regularly rely on Phillips Lytle for assistance with environmental issues in New York.
