Jim LoGerfo Co-Founder & General Partner Earthrise Capital
Jim LoGerfo, General Partner, has been investing in, advising and forming energy and environmental technology companies for thirteen years. His experience includes advanced materials, biofuels, biomass, energy efficiency, power electronics, renewable project development, smart grid technologies, solar power, water treatment and wind energy. Prior to Earthrise Capital, Jim’s background included energy technology equity research at Bank of America, private equity investment management at the General Motors pension fund, and investment banking and strategic consulting at BOVARO Partners and Vortex Energy. Jim received a BA in international studies at the University of Washington, and a Ph.D. in political science at Columbia University. In addition, he is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
