George Abraham is the CEO and Founder of Rhodium Strategies, a strategy advisory and consulting company working with emerging growth technology companies and the investors who support those companies. George serves on the Board’s of Planar Energy (www.planarenergy.com) and Tekserve (www.tekserve.com) and is a member of the Advisory Board at CMDirect (www.cmdirect.com). George co-founded the early stage VC fund SAS Investors where he led numerous successful investments and served on 6 Boards. He also served as a Managing Director at the technology investment bank C.E. Unterberg, Towbin where he led private placement efforts for emerging growth technology companies. He has over 20 years experience in private equity, venture capital, finance, M&A and entrepreneurial activities including starting and managing Ajax Capital Corporation, a family investment office with substantial private equity activities. While with Ajax, he led the acquisition and financing of the NHL's Winnipeg Jets and the team's relocation to Phoenix where they became the Phoenix Coyotes, and numerous other acquisitions and financing's.
