Daniel Donovan Founder & Managing Member Prospero
Mr. Donovan has been actively involved in the financing of transactions both in the US and abroad for over 25 years. Mr. Donovan has gained experience in all aspects of corporate finance and project development. He has successfully completed transactions in the energy, waste to energy, forest products, infrastructure and industrial sectors. Mr. Donovan’s experience as a developer, contractor and investment banker provides clients with a valuable perspective in investment opportunities. Mr. Donovan's experience includes engineering and project financing at Fluor Corporation in Irvine, California and at Combustion engineering in Stamford Connecticut. Mr. Donovan was a partner of Kendall Capital Partners and a director at CS First Boston and Merrill Lynch, concentrating in project financing. Mr. Donovan has a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, a Master of Engineering from the University of California/Berkley and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Massachusetts. Mr. Donovan is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of California and holds NASD Series 7, 14 and 24 certifications as a broker/dealer.
