Ann Partlow Co-Founder & General Partner Earthrise Capital
Ann Partlow is the founder of Earthrise Capital, a venture capital firm for energy and environmental investments including technologies for producing cleaner energy and enhancing power quality and power conditioning, energy storage and energy efficiency. It also invests in technologies that reduce waste and emissions through use of new materials, and purification and treatment technologies.
Prior to founding Earthrise in 2008, Ann served for more than two and a half decades as financial advisor and portfolio manager to members of the Rockefeller Family. At Rockefeller & Co, she created one of the earliest impact investment funds focused on addressing key social, environmental, and alternative energy solutions through emerging businesses. For almost twenty five years, the Fund was a successful pioneer in energy and environmental investments, including geothermal, solar, biomass, natural gas, and water treatment technologies.
Ann is a trustee of Energy Vision, the national non-profit advocating cleaner transportation fuels. She is also a member of the Investment Committee of Commons Capital, and a director of NanoMas Technologies, a New York State company with innovative technology for electronic materials.
