NYSERDA’s Biomimicry Technical Assistance Team, in collaboration with The College of Nanoscale Science and Engineering (CNSE), invites you to a webinar focused on biomimicry, a design process that imitates or takes inspiration from natural forms and processes to solve human problems. This webinar will focus on industry applications of naturally-inspired solar and energy storage research.

Recent biomimetic advancements in solar and energy storage technologies include self- assembling and self-healing nanomaterials inspired by the living materials found throughout nature, as well as methods to improve light energy harvesting inspired by the functions of chlorophyll.
