The College of Nanoscale Science and Engineering (CNSE) hosted the SEMI Northeast Forum on Wednesday, April 4, 2012. The event included a presentation by Michael Liehr, CNSE Vice President for Research and Associate Vice President of Business, Alliances and Consortia and also included the opportunity for industry leaders to have in-depth discussions on 450mm wafer production. Following the session, participants were given a tour of CNSE's state of the art complex and cleanroom spaces as well as a look at CNSE's NanoFab Xtension which will house the world's first Global 450 Consortium (G450C).
