Times Union: Clean audit for NanoTech operator

ALBANY — State Comptroller Thomas DiNapoli released an audit Friday of Fuller Road Management Co., the nonprofit entity that operates the Albany NanoTech facility, which has attracted $14 billion in corporate and government funding.
Except for one disclosure error found on the organization's 2010 tax forms filed with the IRS, the audit found that Fuller Road is ethically and legally sound in its operations.
DiNapoli said that the group's board and officers "have done well to make sure taxpayer and private dollars are being safeguarded and being spent appropriately."
