The Business Review: German semiconductor company Singulus forms $12M partnership with CNSE

Albany, NY - Singulus Technologies, a German manufacturer of semiconductor equipment, is forming a $12 million partnership with the University at Albany’s College of Nanoscale Science and Engineering.

Singulus will locate 20 researchers at the nanocollege’s Albany NanoTech complex. The company, based in Hamburg, Germany, will also locate advanced tools at the complex.

Singulus makes advanced thin-film deposition equipment tools used to advance manufacturing and process equipment for the nanoelectronics industry.
