The Business Review: Albany conference focuses on safe production of nano products

Albany, NY - A three-day conference focused on the safe commercialization of nano products begins Aug. 14 at the College of Nanoscale Science and Engineering in Albany, New York.

The event is organized by the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health, which is part of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

The conference will focus on what is known as the Prevention Through Design (PtD) approach, which means minimizing hazards early in the design process.
