The Business Review: CHA, Albany NanoTech teaming up at Kiernan Plaza

CHA, the largest engineering firm in the Albany, New York, area, will move its corporate leadership staff to Kiernan Plaza in downtown Albany, as part of a deal to bring nanotechnolgy research and high-tech jobs to the historic building.

The partnership between CHA, the College of Nanoscale Science and Engineering, and the Trinity Alliance of the Capital Region will bring new life to the majestic Kiernan Plaza on Broadway, which has been empty for more than two years.

As many as 150 jobs could be created at Kiernan, as the facility is used for work force training and development.
