Times Union: 'NanoHigh' grads show off innovative best

ALBANY — The latest class of students from Albany High School received certificates Friday after successfully completing the "NanoHigh" program offered by Albany City School District and the College of Nanoscale Science and Engineering at the University at Albany.

The yearlong program allows students to familiarize themselves with the cleanroom operations through hands-on laboratory activities, according to CNSE.

The lab activities are linked to their coursework in chemistry, physics, biology and mathematics.

The participants get exposure to career choices in technology, engineering, math and science.
