Times Union: Students envision a future this small

ALBANY -- A future Steve Jobs may have been among dozens of high school students who sacrificed a sunny Saturday to stay indoors and make presentations on nanotechnology projects.
They have seen the future and it is small. Very, very small.
The students showed off what their robots could do, ran demonstrations of 3-D computer visualizations and displayed research on nanofluids at the first-ever Capital Region Nanotechnology Showcase at the College of Nanoscale Science and Engineering's nanotech complex at the University at Albany. It was sponsored by the college and the Times Union's Classroom Enrichment Program during a monthlong series of events called NANOvember.
